Key Biscayne, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables and Brickell Houses & Condominiums– Our renovations and new construction projects encompass every aspect of building. We implement the designs, specifications and plans from engineers and architects. We have working relationships with local building officials and inspectors to ensure all rules and ordinances are adhered to and followed. We contract and manage the process for demolition, pools, sea walls, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, framing, drywall, finishing, cabinetry, carpentry and flooring. In various projects, TCI provided a turnkey product for absentee owners – right down to the window furnishings and bathroom fixtures.
